Boucherie USA Appoints Bill Toto as Plastics Technology Sales Manager
Boucherie USA has appointed Bill Toto as its new Plastics Technology Sales Manager, bringing a new commercial and technical lead into its North American plastics business as the company prepares for the retirement of John Williams later this year.
Toto will take responsibility for injection mould tooling activities currently managed by Williams, who is due to retire at the end of 2026 after more than two decades with Boucherie USA.
The company said Williams will continue working with Toto during the transition period to support a smooth handover and maintain continuity for customers.
Experience Across Manufacturing and Plastics
Toto brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the medical device, consumer, automotive and broader manufacturing sectors.
His professional background includes engineering, maintenance, operations, global supply chain management and technical account leadership. He has worked across both startup environments and larger, multi-site manufacturing operations.
His technical experience covers injection moulding, extrusion, automation, assembly, tooling and process development. He also has experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, along with training related to Master Molder certification programmes, SolidWorks and Moldflow analysis.
This combination of manufacturing experience and technical expertise is relevant to Boucherie’s plastics technology business, where customers require precision tooling alongside production and process knowledge.
Focus on High-Precision Injection Mould Tooling
In his new position, Toto will work with customers across North America using Boucherie’s high-precision injection mould tooling solutions.
The company’s plastics technology portfolio includes multi-cavity and multi-component injection mould solutions for applications where precision, production efficiency and consistency are important.
The business serves customers across sectors including medical, consumer, personal care and industrial plastics.
Commenting on the appointment, Bart Boucherie Jr., President of GB Boucherie NV, said:
“We are excited to welcome Bill to the Boucherie USA team,” said Bart Boucherie Jr., President of GB Boucherie NV. “His combination of technical knowledge, industry experience, and customer-focused leadership will strengthen our ability to support customers throughout North America while continuing the strong relationships built by John Williams.”
Toto also commented on his appointment:
“I am honored to join Boucherie USA and excited to work closely with our customers,” said Bill Toto. “Boucherie has earned a reputation for engineering excellence and long-term partnerships. I am looking forward to working together with BUSA President Frank Kigyos to help customers identify opportunities, solve challenges, and achieve their goals through innovative tooling solutions.”
A Planned Leadership Transition
The appointment comes as John Williams prepares to retire following more than 20 years with Boucherie USA.
The planned transition between Williams and Toto is intended to maintain continuity for customers while responsibility for the company’s injection mould tooling activities moves to its new sales manager.
For Boucherie USA, the change brings an experienced manufacturing and technical professional into a role connecting tooling, automation, process development and customer support.
Toto will work with BUSA President Frank Kigyos as he takes on his new responsibilities within the North American market.
