ZAHORANSKY USA Celebrates 20 Years of Growth with Open House and Customer Showcase

ZAHORANSKY USA has marked a significant milestone by celebrating its 20th anniversary, reflecting two decades of growth from a sales representative partnership into a fully established subsidiary supporting customers throughout the United States and Canada.
The anniversary was commemorated with an Open House event at the company’s West Chicago, Illinois facility, bringing together customers from across North America while highlighting the close relationship between German engineering expertise and local customer support.
Established in 2006, ZAHORANSKY USA has steadily expanded its presence within the North American market. A major turning point came in October 2014, when the business transitioned from representation through a U.S. sales partner to an independent subsidiary. Since early 2015, the company has operated from its current West Chicago location, providing customers with technical consultation, machine commissioning, after-sales service and spare parts support.
Over the years, the subsidiary has continued to strengthen its local capabilities by expanding its service team, improving spare parts availability and refining internal support processes. According to the company, maintaining close customer relationships and delivering fast technical assistance have remained central to its long-term strategy.
The facility also played an important role during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of the U.S. Government’s Operation Warp Speed initiative, ZAHORANSKY supplied production equipment used in the manufacture of components for vaccine distribution systems, demonstrating the company’s ability to respond rapidly to exceptional manufacturing demands.
Speaking during the anniversary celebrations, Dr. Heinrich Sielemann, Chief Technology Officer of ZAHORANSKY, highlighted the importance of maintaining a strong local presence.

One of the highlights of the event was a live demonstration of the Z.PUMA brush manufacturing machine. The system showcased the production of two different brush sizes during the event, illustrating its flexibility, productivity and suitability for modern automated brush manufacturing.
